What are the charges of the Debt Collection Service?
Our charges are contingent, which means we only get paid a percentage of the collected amount. So, if we could not settle your file for some reason, you are not required to pay anything (no-collection-no-fees).
How much is your commission rate?
Our commission rate varies depending on several factors; the number of files you are planning to assign to Tasweyat, the age of the files, the location, and the total claim value.
Can I get a quotation before signing the service agreement?
Yes, after sharing your file’s details, our team will assess the file and provide you with a FREE quotation with no commitment from your side.
Do I have to pay legal fees?
For the pre-legal collection activity, Tasweyat only charges you a percentage from the actual collected amount. However, should you choose to go for legal actions, you will be required to cover the lawyer fees and court fees before processing your legal claim.
